Eh oui, c’est déjà cette fabuleuse période de l’année où les feuilles rougissent et où l’on peut obtenir de superbes photos de paysages…mais c’est aussi la période où les jours raccourcissent encore plus car dans la nuit de samedi 29 à dimanche 30 octobre nous allons perdre une heure: à 3h du matin il ne sera que 2h.
Cela vient de l’instauration d’une heure d’été instituée au départ en France en 1917 ! Cliquez sur le lien pour en savoir plus…
La bonne nouvelle c’est que vous allez au choix soit pouvoir dormir une heure de plus, soit faire la fiesta une heure de plus, soit profiter d’une heure de plus de balade dimanche s’il fait beau :)
Je profite de ce petit message informatif pour vous montrer 2 photos très automnales prises dans le parc du château de Chantilly et dans une rue pavée de Senlis il y a dix jours. (Je vous recommande d’ailleurs les deux, que vous soyez photographe ou pas, ça m’a dépaysé et j’en avais bien besoin !)
En parlant d’heure d’hiver et donc d’heure d’été, je vous propose d’écouter cette très belle version de Summer time par Ella Fitzgerald et Louis Armstrong:
Yep, it’s this time of the year already, when the leaves color change in a beautiful red (or yellow) and when you can get amazing landscape photographs…but it’s also the time when days shorten more and more, especially during saturday night: between the 29th and the 30th of october, in France, we’re taking an hour off: at 3am it will only be 2am.

That’s it for the informative part of this post, so now, let’s enjoy the 2 fall photos I took 10 days ago of the Château de Chantilly park (château= castle ;) ) and of a paved street in Senlis. I strongly recommend both of them, especially on a beautiful sunny day like I had ! Even if you’re not a photographer, I can tell you will have a good time, it’s beautiful !)
